The space has full power and is heated by the new 240v electrical heater so many options exist for year round use.
In addition, the cabin features new light fixtures throughout, a high efficiency LG washer/dryer combo, new 240v electric heater in the living room, new Vermont Casting Intrepid propane stove surrounded by the new walnut fireplace with tiled interior. A new water heater was added in 2019 and a hot water mixer spigot installed in the basement in 2022 to provide exterior hot water as needed.
